Ideasigner (idea + designer) is the creative services of Suthida Sakulsurarat (Fon). Ideasigner’s services include Graphic Design, Branding/Campaign Solutions, and Professional Photography.

Fon is a graphic designer and photographer based in Upstate, New York. She was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand before moving to the USA in 2003 to continue her Master’s Degree and expand her skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and photography fields.

Background

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree of Fine and Applied Arts in Photography from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, she worked as a freelance graphic designer and a professional photographer for a leading pet magazine in Thailand. Fon came to the United States to attend the Graduate Graphic Design program at the Rochester Institute of Technology where she learned in-depth about typography, color theory, design software, and creative processes. She completed her Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 2006 with a concentration in Photography and Communications. After graduated, she worked as a full time in-house graphic designer for a US-nationwide company and then as a lead graphic designer for a design agency in Rochester before starting her own business in 2012.

Present

Fon currently works as an Art Director for Vine Studio at Partners and Napier and runs her design and photography business. During her free time, she enjoys taking photographs especially animals and scenery, cooking Thai food, drawing and painting, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with her family.
